currently i am trying very hard to not to be all panicky and stressed up. i am reading GP stuff now and i hope it does some help to tomorrow's paper. i want to create a recombinant bob by introducing foreign econs notes into my head. using same restriction enzymes. cut the econs notes into various fragments at their restriction sites and cut bob's head at one site to create sticky ends. mix them both together. the sticky ends will anneal by complementary base pairing to create a recombinant bob. rarrrr.
fun fact: you might need 4 highlighters to study the entire bio syllabus. i dried up one on about half of my JCT syllabus. in 5 days. ok. look at what i need to do now. BYE~ GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! |
